Ian Millhiser reveals plan to ‘deTrumpify the US after he leaves office’ (and ‘save us from Gorsuch & Kavanaugh’)
President Trump still has over two years left in his first term, but ThinkProgress’ justice editor Ian Millhiser is already trying to think through what happens next:
One project I plan to pursue the next two years is coming up with an agenda to detrumpify the United States after he leaves office. It's not enough to get rid of him. His entire administration should be unraveled.
This is the first piece in that project:https://t.co/cbBNjN0BCk

It seems he’s assuming Trump’s going to be finished after just one term, but it’s only natural. In any case, Obama’s former Car Czar is all in:
This is a super smart piece. Important for Democrats thinking about running in 2020 to think about the ideas here. https://t.co/gUVErsZVFh

All 30 Dems that will be running for the Dem nomination in 2020 will have something to think about.
The impotent rage of this guy is amusing. https://t.co/rleMjediHN

But we can’t mock it too much, because there’s actually a positive aspect to Millhiser’s plan, especially coming from a progressive:
Buried Lede: Leftist thinks Congress should legislate, rather than the Court. https://t.co/dRH2CPGoPb
